NOTICE TO RESUME WORK OR OF MEASURES SATISFIED
IN THE MATTER OF THE NATIONAL ENERGY BOARD ACT,
FOLLOWING AN ORDER UNDER SECTION 51.1
The undersigned National Energy Board Inspection Officer hereby notifies
Centra Transmission Holdings Inc. that the hazardous or detrimental situation described in Order No. TC-001-2018 has been remedied to the satisfaction of the Inspection Officer.
Therefore,
- X Suspended work may resume, and/or
- X the measures specified in the order have been satisfied.
