Dear Information not available:

Operations Authorization OA-1204-003 (Authorization) - Lifting of Safety Order No. 2013-001 (Safety Order)

On 12 February 2013, Husky Oil Operations Limited (Husky) was issued Safety Order No. 2013-001 requiring the safe shut in and isolation of the Husky Little Bear N-09 (WID #2076) and the Husky Little Bear H-64 (WID #2077) wells from any surface, open or down hole operations. In addition, Husky was required to submit a plan indicating the measures, actions, commitments, and schedule it will undertake to ensure safety and bring all facilities, activities, and operations into compliance with the Authorization, Husky’s declaration provided pursuant to subsection 5.11(1) of the Canada Oil and Gas Operations Act (COGOA) and the regulatory requirements under the COGOA and the Canada Labour Code.

Husky submitted the plan required by the Safety Order on 15 February 2013. Upon review, I find the plan to be acceptable and that the terms specified in the Safety Order have been satisfied. The Safety Order is therefore lifted and Husky may resume operation under the Authorization.

Signed,

Claudine Bradley
A/Chief Safety Officer
