Segment 5 and 6 Detailed Route Hearing Information

The following table outlines the detailed route hearings requiring completion before the Trans Mountain Expansion Project route is finalized. These hearings relate to approximately 11% of the route which has not been approved. All hearings are being held virtually, in accordance with the CER’s business continuity measures in response to COVID-19. Hearing information, including links to live audio of the hearings and audio recordings of past hearings is available on the CER website. Transcripts and hearing decisions will be updated as proceedings conclude and the Commission issues decisions.
