CER releases Crown Consultation and Accommodation Report for the Pouce Coupé Pipe Line Ltd. Taylor to Gordondale Pipeline Project

We are happy to share that the Canada Energy Regulator (CER) released the Crown Consultation and Accommodation Report for Pouce Coupé Pipe Line Ltd.’s Taylor to Gordondale Pipeline Project. The report summarizes the CER’s consultation with 36 potentially affected Indigenous communities over two years and highlights how the CER, in its role of Crown Consultation Coordinator, is evolving and supporting meaningful consultation Indigenous Peoples.

In addition to the Commission of the Canada Energy Regulator’s Recommendation Report that was issued on November 7, 2025, the Crown Consultation and Accommodation Report was provided to the Minister of Energy and Natural Resources as part of the Governor in Council’s decision making in approving the project.

We are proud of the dedication and innovation demonstrated through the assessment process and Crown consultation activities for the project and look forward to building upon these achievements working towards Reconciliation with Indigenous Peoples.
