Comment period for updates to Event Reporting Guidelines

We are updating our Event Reporting Guidelines and want to hear feedback from regulated companies.

The proposed changes provide companies with greater clarity about when and how to notify the CER when an event occurs and the information that must be submitted.

Companies are required to notify the CER of events, including incidents, unauthorized activities and damage to their pipeline.

Take a look at the proposed changes and share your feedback by April 27, 2024.
