Alliance Pipeline Ltd., as general partner for and on behalf of Alliance Pipeline Limited Partnership - Heartland Expansion Project
Project Background
The purpose of the Alliance Pipeline Ltd. Heartland Expansion Project (Project) is to provide new natural gas service with delivery into Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta. The Project will consist of the construction of a new meter station and associated equipment, and modifications and upgrades to the existing Morinville Compressor Station and the Windfall Compressor Station.
The new meter station will be constructed within existing land rights on freehold land, and upgrades will occur within existing facility footprints in Alberta.
Project construction is planned from April 2028 to September 2030.
