1. Welcome / Introductions

Dana Cornea, Director in the Applications Business Unit, was asked to stand in for Jamie Kereliuk.

3. Round table updates

4. Administrative Messages

Decision – NEB will book recurring conference calls for the third Friday of every month, and will send Outlook calendar requests. Due to the holiday on April 18th, the next conference call will be April 25, 2014.

May 30th will be the next on-site Land Matters Group Steering Committee meeting in Calgary.

Steering Committee members are requested to identify alternative representatives from their organizations who can attend when they are unavailable, and provide names and contact information to Linda Borger.

 

5. Overview of Check-in calls

The check-in calls have brought valuable insight from steering committee members. We anticipate that they will be completed in April.

 

6. Preview of Agenda Items

April conference call items:
Michael Benson will discuss the amendment to the Filing Manual's Consultation section regarding Public Involvement programs.

May 30th on-site meeting items:
Canadian Common Ground Alliance – CCGA – information session
Abandonment Studies Research update from PTAC members
NEB Strategic Communications  scope and objectives

 

6. Action Items

Establish recurring conference calls to be the third Friday of the month except when there is an on-site meeting.

Consider a sub-committee for review of standardized Common Easement Agreements that CEPA is working towards.

Philippe will email a notification of the communications plan for the "Regulatory Roadmap" Education session that CEPA will be offering.
