Trans Mountain Pipeline ULC Audit
July 14, 2025
The CER conducted an Audit on Trans Mountain Pipeline ULC’s Environmental Protection Program of the Trans Mountain Expanded System’s transition from construction to operations.
Of 11 provisions assessed, nine were classified as ‘no issues identified’ and two were classified as non-compliant.
Trans Mountain must file a Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) Plan within 30 calendar days of receiving the Audit to show how the non-compliant findings will be resolved. The CER will closely monitor the company’s progress to ensure the problems are properly addressed and resolved on time.
