Notice to Resume Work or of Measures Satisfied – Ogilvie Mountain Holdings (OMH) – Order VS-001-2025
NOTICE TO RESUME WORK OR OF MEASURES SATISFIED,
IN THE MATTER OF THE CANADIAN ENERGY REGULATOR ACT,
FOLLOWING AN ORDER UNDER SECTION 109(1)
The undersigned Canada Energy Regulator Inspection Officer hereby notifies:
Ogilvie Mountain Holdings (OMH) that the hazardous or detrimental situation described in Order No. VS-001-2025 has been remedied to the satisfaction of the Inspection Officer.
Therefore,
- X suspended work may resume, and/or
- the measures specified in the Order have been satisfied.
- X Ogilvie Mountain Holdings (OMH) has satisfied Measures 1, 2 and 3 of the Inspection Officer Order.
- Measure 4 has not been satisfied and remains in effect. For reference, this measure states, “Submit to the Inspection Officer, for approval, a written investigation report and an implementation plan for corrective and preventive actions within 60 days. The plan must address, at minimum, competency, training, communication, compliance with DPR-A, and recurrence prevention, but may include additional elements.”
