2024-01-08T11:56:00-07:00urn:uuid:28b6343e-01fe-48a0-8a78-9483844ff2fdCompanies holding export licenses, permits and orders are required, by the National Energy Board Export and Import Reporting Regulations (Reporting Regulations), to file monthly reports on their activities to the CER by a specific due date. The timing of the filings is prescribed by the Reporting Regulations or by the conditions of a company’s export order. The Reporting Regulations also clearly outline the information requirements to be filed each month. Compliance with the Reporting Regulations is mandatory, and the CER expects companies to file reports in a correct and timely manner on or before the due date.
