NOTICE TO RESUME WORK OR OF MEASURES SATISFIED,
IN THE MATTER OF THE CANADIAN ENERGY REGULATOR ACT,
FOLLOWING AN ORDER UNDER SECTION 109(1)

The undersigned Canada Energy Regulator Inspection Officer hereby notifies:

Westcoast LP^Footnote i that the hazardous or detrimental situation described in Order No. DRP-002-2025 has been remedied to the satisfaction of the Inspection Officer.

Therefore,

•     suspended work may resume, and/or
•  X Specified measures 1 and 2 of the Order have been satisfied. Specified measure 3 of Order DRP-002-2025 remains in place until the corrective and preventive actions identified in measure 2 have been fully implemented, unless otherwise directed by the undersigned Inspection Officer.
