RESUME WORK IN
THE MATTER OF THE NATIONAL ENERGY BOARD ACT,
FOLLOWING AN ORDER UNDER SECTION 51.1
On May 21 2015 at approx. 10:30 a.m., the undersigned National Energy Board Inspection Officer hereby notifies
of Westcoast Energy Inc. that the hazardous or detrimental situation described in Order No. SCB-001-2015 has been remedied to the satisfaction of the Inspection Officer.
Therefore,
- Suspended work may resume, and/or
- X the measures specified in the order have been satisfied.
