Audit Topic: Emergency Management
Please find attached a copy of the PKM Cochin ULC (the company) Emergency Management final audit report. This audit was conducted between 7 April 2025 and 18 July 2025, under section 103 of the Canadian Energy Regulator Act.
A redacted version of the Final Audit Report will be posted on the Canada Energy Regulator’s (CER) external website. Thus, the auditee may provide any additional redaction requests to the CER by 3 October 2025.
The CER recognizes its obligations under both the Access to Information Act and the Privacy Act and will consult with affected parties prior to releasing any documents.
Because the company scored 100%, no corrective and preventive action plan is required. The CER now considers this audit to be closed. Note the company is accountable for maintaining compliance throughout the life cycle of its regulated facilities. The CER will verify ongoing compliance through future compliance verification activities.
